Request the cancellation of a GreenLeaze order and a refund for the customer.
Cancellation request validation is semi-automatic and takes 12 hours on average.
A cancellation request may be refused for various reasons, including:

The order has already been invoiced and the credit note is missing.

The order is too old.
A cancellation results in a full or partial refund of the customer.
